Juicycampus is one of a series of new sites that encourage bashing of others. They claim to keep data anonymous, but also claim that they can turn over info on bomb-threats. If they have the data associated with a bomb-threat, they have one associated with a reputational attack.
There is no "free lunch" online. If you do something that is either against the law, or actionable by civil litigation, in a vast majority of the cases you can be found out.
