Spyware and kids

Are kids being targeted more by spyware purveyors? In my opinion they are. But spyware purveyors need to be aware that a kids clicked approval may not be worth the apper it's not written on. Underage for contracting is underage for contracting. Whether they click ot agree or sign something in blue ink, the law in most locations does not permit kids ot enter into binding contracts.

So, spyware purveyors look out. Parents who find this junk on their computer may be able to come after you for unauthorized access to their computers...and blaming it on the kids won't cut it.
