Australia to outlaw suicide Web sites | CNET News.com

Australia to outlaw suicide Web sites | CNET News.com
I've done a great deal of writing in the area of suicide sites. Someone I know recently attempted suicide. He found all the help and encouragement he needed online, even a doctor willing to prescribe medications to take or advise him how to use what they already had in the house.

Sadly, while there are so many suicide sites (especially in Korea and Japan) to support the attmepting of suicide, there are few that are willing to provide online support to prevent it.

Cheers for the Australian law.
I am not sure how much it will help...but we need to do something.

my 2 cents.
